I loved its very pleasant and super-friendly employees.

Our experience was really lovely from the moment we checked in. Our room was well-equipped and brand-new, with the option of 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed. - the hotel's location was exceptionally nice and excellent, situated on the outskirts of the town. - It was a short walk to the centre of Torres Novas and close to Fátima.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Serra de Aire, where I could just relax and soak in the breathtaking sunset. It made me feel like I was on top of the world!
Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking. But hey, I know others might appreciate it, so it's just a matter of preference.

Spent a comfortable Christmas break at a hotel located close to a charming town with plenty of dining options. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from. the swimming pool area was spotless and made for a lovely setting, perfect for taking photos or simply relaxing.
Room service was quite slow at times and the food we ordered could have been warmer. Despite this, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
